These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Series Graph, including the website at seriesgraph.com and the Series Graph mobile app (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.

User Accounts

You may register for an account using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your profile and any associated content (charts, lists, comments) will be anonymised or removed from the Service.

User-Generated Content

Series Graph allows you to create and share content including custom charts, fictional charts, show lists, comments, profile bios, and profile images ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it you grant Series Graph a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it within the Service.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service you agree not to:

— Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

— Harass, abuse, or harm other users. The blocking feature is provided to help you manage interactions; misuse of any social feature to harm others is prohibited.

— Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in an automated manner without prior written consent.

— Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.

— Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Series Graph Plus

Series Graph Plus is a paid subscription tier available on a monthly or annual basis, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Plus subscribers receive additional features including higher content limits, an ad-free experience, custom profile backdrops, custom chart posters, and a Plus badge on their profile.

Payments are processed by Stripe (web) and Apple / Google via RevenueCat (mobile). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or your app store account. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective payment platform.

We reserve the right to change the pricing or features of Series Graph Plus at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing period.

Third-Party Services

The Service uses data from The Movie Database (TMDB) and Trakt to provide show metadata. Series Graph is not endorsed or certified by TMDB or Trakt. Show data is provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate or complete.

The web version of the Service displays advertisements served by Raptive. The mobile app displays advertisements served by Google Mobile Ads. These services may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads. Series Graph Plus subscribers on applicable tiers browse without ads.

Authentication is handled through Google and Apple. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and non-user content, is owned by or licensed to Series Graph and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

Show artwork, posters, and metadata displayed on the Service are the property of their respective rights holders and are used for informational and fan purposes only.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Show data and ratings are user-generated or sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Series Graph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, notify you via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
