In a retro-futuristic 1985 torn apart by ruthless factions, strange powers, and constant violence, teenager Ethan and a group of survivors take shelter inside an abandoned mall known as the Deadzone. As supply runs, rival factions, and personal tragedies push the group further into chaos, Ethan struggles to hold everyone together while fear, grief, and paranoia slowly consume the people around him.
