Mehdi Cerbah

One of the most significant figures in the history of Algerian goalkeeping, he was part of the team that won the gold medal at the 1975 Mediterranean Games against France and achieved the historic victory over West Germany in 1982; he also witnessed the "Disgrace of Gijón," where Austria and West Germany conspired to eliminate Algeria.
