Ryuumei Mikado

Ryuumei Mikado was the adoptive mother of Ryuusui Mikado and a member of the Eastern Expedition whose clan organized and held the Gozenjiai in the capital, which brought all of the other members together. She also at first set to find Hajun's own Apoptosis in order to use it against him, thinking her protegé Rindou was the one. But she was proven both right (in that Rindou was an Apoptosis) and wrong (in that Rindou was The Tumor's Apoptosis, not Hajun's).
