Cynthia Velasquez

Cynthia is a Hispanic woman. She becomes trapped in Walter Sullivan's Subway Otherworld and asks for Henry's help, claiming that all that was a dream. Later, she is murdered by Walter Sullivan as the 16th Sacrament, "Temptation".
